OK, so I got a few more days until Season 2 hits, so I’ll wrap up Season 1 right now.
The story of this episode begins 23 days ago, at a coffee shop in Deathroid City, QT meets and falls head over wheels for a female coffee maker-bot aptly named Maker. Since then, he (Yes, QT’s a male, everyone. This argument over QT’s gender has officially been settled.) always ends up visiting the coffee shop and helping out around to earn Maker’s affection, even taking a liking to coffee even though he can’t drink it. One night, QT decides to take Maker out on the town.
Some days later, QT visits only to find Maker gone, taken to Dream Island, which is the trash heap. In Deathroid City, robot appliances that develop feelings become unable to perform their operations properly and are sent to Dream Island to be disposed of. He finds Maker at a dance party that is meant to be the start of a revolution against those who treated them as garbage. Using a doomsday weapon designed to wipe out humanity, it assimilates some of the robots and make its way to the city. QT tries to stop, but the weapon outmatches him, both in sheer size and in power.
Meanwhile, Dr. Gel and Bea had finished designing the rather terribly-named Hulkider machine and is ready to test it. However, Gel accidentally spilling coffee on the control panel causes the device to short out causes it to shoot a high amount of energy at QT, causing him to grow in size big enough to fight the doomsday weapon and become strong enough to destroy it and save the city from total destruction.
